They arranged everything from start to finish. We just had to go and pick out bathroom suite and the flooring. Dan the bathroom fitter was amazing he explained everything he was doing so we understood what was going on and when! He was very careful with our property whilst he was carrying out the fit, carrying things up the stairs etc! Always prompt and on time! He also done a great job tidying up after himself each day! The flooring was a quick fit, we had a little issue but it was resolved ASAP by the team at AquaHeat! The decorator was amazing, professional and tidied up after himself!! We have had our air con units for 5 or so years now and have always used the company that installed them to do the yearly service. However, we needed a company that was more local to take the servicing over due to time restraints. From the outset, our emails and questions were all answered swiftly by Beckie, and everything was explained clearly. On the day, the engineer, Brad, arrived 10 minutes early and was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The servicing and deep clean were done efficiently, and everything was left immaculate. As a busy chiropractic clinic in Ashford,  we needed a company that could work around our time constraints, and the team at AquaHeat certainly made it very easy for us.
