If you have a Worcester Bosch boiler, we are authorised to repair these free of charge under the manufacturer guarantee. Whether you have a Worcester Bosch boiler or not, we’re happy to service all types of boilers.

If your boiler has a fault, we will provide all of the necessary information so you are not left in the dark. Also, after job completion we issue electronic certification instantly on all services.

Landlord gas safety checks

Alongside our standard annual boiler service, we also offer annual landlord gas safety checks for those that are currently renting out property to tenants.

Landlord gas safety checks should be undertaken every 12 months and are a legal requirement. Whether you just require the gas safety check or want to combine this with your annual boiler service, we offer a number of options, allowing you to pick the one that works best for you.

All our landlord gas safety checks are carried out by one of our gas safe engineers, ensuring the checks are completed thoroughly and safely. Upon successful completion, you will be presented with a gas safety certificate, which can then be given as evidence to a tenant.

All certificates are sent via email instantly to you and/or the tenant, this includes free text/email reminder 11 months after the date, giving 30 days to get it completed.

We have had our air con units for 5 or so years now and have always used the company that installed them to do the yearly service. However, we needed a company that was more local to take the servicing over due to time restraints. From the outset, our emails and questions were all answered swiftly by Beckie, and everything was explained clearly. On the day, the engineer, Brad, arrived 10 minutes early and was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The servicing and deep clean were done efficiently, and everything was left immaculate. As a busy chiropractic clinic in Ashford,  we needed a company that could work around our time constraints, and the team at AquaHeat certainly made it very easy for us.

We were provided with a quote quickly and advised of the best options for our property, and didn’t have to wait too long for an installation date. The install went smoothly and the guys who did it were so lovely and professional.
