From the initial call to Aquaheat when the boiler had failed to engineer calling and trying to repair then the boiler being replaced the journey was second to none. Two engineers (Ryan and Owen) replaced the boiler and radiator. Exceptional professionalism from start to finish. Dust sheets were layed and overshoes worn and on completion everything was left clean and tidy. The operation of the boiler was fully explained. There was excellent communication via email with quotes and timescales. I would highly recommend Aquaheat for price and professionalism throughout.

The workmanship is consistently first class, but what really stands out is their exceptional customer service that they have maintained as the company has grown. From the first call to make an appointment, everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. The engineers are always considerate and take great care in my home, which I really appreciate.

They also have excellent systems in place, with prompt quotes, invoices and guarantees, reminders when your annual service is due, and clear, professional advice if any further work is needed.

A particular thank you to Brad for his recent work. As always, he was friendly, professional and took great care, and the work was carried out to a really high standard.

Every year when they visit, particularly Lee and Brad, they cannot do enough to ensure that they can tend to any needs as a client Whether it is a service, or a minor question about the central heating system.
