We cannot recommend AquaHeat highly enough for servicing Air conditioning units. We have had our air con units for 5 or so years now and have always used the company that installed them to do the yearly service. However, we needed a company that was more local to take the servicing over due to time restraints. From the outset, our emails and questions were all answered swiftly by Beckie, and everything was explained clearly. On the day, the engineer, Brad, arrived 10 minutes early and was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The servicing and deep clean were done efficiently, and everything was left immaculate. As a busy chiropractic clinic in Ashford,  we needed a company that could work around our time constraints, and the team at AquaHeat certainly made it very easy for us.

Highly recommend this company. From the quote to the install everyone was friendly and helpful. Lee, who came to to do the quote had it back to us in a very timely manner. Matt & Mike who did the install were lovey, very professional and you would not have known they had been there after they had finished. Matt and Mike were absolutely brilliant installing our new boiler, took less time than i'd originally thought and explained everything to me. We had our air conditioning installed by Aquaheat and I highly recommend them! We were provided with a quote quickly and advised of the best options for our property, and didn’t have to wait too long for an installation date. The install went smoothly and the guys who did it were so lovely and professional. We have had an AirCon unit installed today, and we are absolutely pleased as punch. The 2 installers Matt & Mike were extremely polite, thorough and professional. The electrical engineer Wayne was also as pleasant as Matt & Mike. The Bosch AirCon unit is absolutely brilliant, And now my wife isnt going to melt away. As they say... Matt installed a new boiler at our house today. Arrived promptly, was polite and respectful of our property and made no mess whatsoever! Also went above and beyond to sort out teething problems with the Hive thermostat. Highly recommend.
