We have had our air con units for 5 or so years now and have always used the company that installed them to do the yearly service. However, we needed a company that was more local to take the servicing over due to time restraints. From the outset, our emails and questions were all answered swiftly by Beckie, and everything was explained clearly. On the day, the engineer, Brad, arrived 10 minutes early and was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The servicing and deep clean were done efficiently, and everything was left immaculate.
