I would highly recommend AQUAHEAT and all of their engineers. I’ve been using them for many years and have always been really impressed, which is why I continue to come back to them. The workmanship is consistently first class, but what really stands out is their exceptional customer service that they have maintained as the company has grown. From the first call to make an appointment, everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. The engineers are always considerate and take great care in my home, which I really appreciate. They also have excellent systems in place, with prompt quotes, invoices and guarantees, reminders when your annual service is due, and clear, professional advice if any further work is needed. A particular thank you to Brad for his recent work. As always, he was friendly, professional and took great care, and the work was carried out to a really high standard. This particular company have been absolutely first class since First getting our central Heating installed a few years ago. Every year when they visit, particularly Lee and Brad, they cannot do enough to ensure that they can tend to any needs as a client Whether it is a service, or a minor question about the central heating system. We have just had our family bathroom gutted and replaced in Ashford. From start to finish AquaHeat were amazing! They arranged everything from start to finish. We just had to go and pick out bathroom suite and the flooring. Dan the bathroom fitter was amazing he explained everything he was doing so we understood what was going on and when! He was very careful with our property whilst he was carrying out the fit, carrying things up the stairs etc! Always prompt and on time! He also done a great job tidying up after himself each day! The flooring was a quick fit, we had a little issue but it was resolved ASAP by the team at AquaHeat! The decorator was amazing, professional and tidied up after himself!! We cannot recommend AquaHeat highly enough for servicing Air conditioning units. We have had our air con units for 5 or so years now and have always used the company that installed them to do the yearly service. However, we needed a company that was more local to take the servicing over due to time restraints. From the outset, our emails and questions were all answered swiftly by Beckie, and everything was explained clearly. On the day, the engineer, Brad, arrived 10 minutes early and was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The servicing and deep clean were done efficiently, and everything was left immaculate. As a busy chiropractic clinic in Ashford,  we needed a company that could work around our time constraints, and the team at AquaHeat certainly made it very easy for us.
